Shiftware has a Product Owner specialized in logistics and trained in the SCRUM agile framework. They will maximize the value of your software to help you achieve your business goals.

Product Owner Responsabilities

Business Analysis

Collecting and analyzing user requirements.
- Workshops.
- Story mapping.
- Event storming.
Defining an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Prioritizing the backlog.
Writing user stories (and detailed functional specifications).
Facilitating a user community.

Participating in/facilitating the SCRUM framework

Sprint planning.
Groomings & Refinments.
Daily stand-ups.
Sprint Reviews.
Sprint Retrospectives.
Ensures collaboration with the Scrum Master and Agile Coach in contexts where necessary.

Leading the development team

Communicating user requirements to the development team to ensure appropriate, scalable technical solutions with high business value.
Motivating the IT development team through Product Goals, Sprint Goals, and encouraging creativity.
Accepting/rejecting development results.

Product demonstrations

Responsible for the team's results.
Preparing the demonstration environment and presenting new features to various stakeholders (warehouse operators, managers, IT team, etc.).

Product management

Establishing a roadmap aligned with company objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), and product strategy.

Project management/reporting to stakeholders

In charge of planning, budget definition, and monitoring.
Transparent communication with stakeholders (warehouse managers, key users, suppliers, etc.).
Identification and management of problem escalations.

15 years of experience in IT for logistics.
