Project management by Shiftware

The project manager consultant will work alongside you and will aim to ensure that the project delivers the expected business value, within the defined scope, deadlines, and budgets.

They will plan activities and allocate human and material resources efficiently throughout all phases of the WMS implementation or warehouse mechanization project: design workshops, software configuration, testing, user training, GO-LIVE, and stabilization.

​

The risk matrix will be their preferred tool for identifying any deviations and implementing action plans to minimize them.

As the main point of contact for suppliers (publishers, integrators, etc.), they will ensure that the terms of the contracts are respected.

​

By communicating frequently on the progress of the project using performance indicators tailored to the project and providing all relevant information in a factual manner, they will guide the steering committee's decision-making.

​

They will ensure team buy-in through proactive communication, monitoring stakeholder engagement, training, and ongoing support to overcome change.

​

They will ensure that the project is properly documented in order to capitalize on knowledge.
